1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the website of Tony Tech Solutions (tonytechsolutions.com), submitting a support ticket, or purchasing a service or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Backup Policy.

2. REPAIR SERVICES & AUTHORIZATION

By submitting a device for repair, you authorize Tony Tech Solutions to perform diagnostics and repairs. You acknowledge that:

  • Estimates: Any quote provided prior to diagnostics is an estimate. If the repair requires additional parts or labor exceeding the original quote by 15%, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  • Risk of Repair: Electronic repairs involve risks. While we use professional care, we are not liable for device failure that occurs during the repair attempt due to pre-existing damage (e.g., liquid damage, aged components, prior attempts at repair).

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service and prior to the release of the device.

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payments.
  • Diagnostics Fee: If you decline a repair after diagnostics have been performed, a standard diagnostics fee may apply to cover the technician's time.

4. ABANDONED DEVICES (30-DAY POLICY)

Due to limited storage space, we strictly enforce an abandoned device policy:

  • You must pick up your device within 30 days of being notified that the service is complete (or that the device is unrepairable).
  • Forfeiture: Devices not picked up within 30 days of the first notification will be considered abandoned. Tony Tech Solutions reserves the right to recycle, sell, or dispose of abandoned devices to recover service costs.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY (REPAIRS)

We stand by our work. Tony Tech Solutions provides a 30-Day Labor Warranty on all completed repairs.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers the specific issue we repaired and the parts we replaced.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover new physical damage (drops/cracks), liquid damage, software viruses contracted after the repair, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
  • Tampering: The warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by anyone other than Tony Tech Solutions.

6. REFURBISHED PRODUCT SALES

Items sold through eBay or our website are sold as Refurbished or Used.

  • "As-ls" vs. Warranty: Unless explicitly stated in the specific product listing, used electronics are sold "As-Is" with no extended warranty.
  • Returns: Defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for repair or store credit, provided they are returned in the same condition as sold.

7. DATA & PRIVACY

As outlined in our Privacy Policy and Data Backup Policy:

  • You are responsible for backing up your data.
  • We are not responsible for data loss unless you have opted into our paid Selective Data Backup Service.
  • We respect your privacy and only access files necessary for the repair process.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tony Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the actual cost of the service provided.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the site or services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Gainesville, Florida.
